The only tool I know of for this purpose is Topaz Video AI, but it requires you to load a video into the software and let it process the entire file, which can take quite some time depending on your system’s performance and the video’s length. However, what I’m looking for is something that can enhance video quality in real-time as I watch, rather than requiring a lengthy pre-processing step. Ideally, this tool would use AI to upscale or enhance low-quality streams on the fly, delivering a high-quality viewing experience without significant delays or pre-rendering.
