Help me select an AI model for working with numeric data

I’ve added an OpenAI feature to my software’s report builder. It handles underwater survey data. I have two issues a) the report format returned varies a lot in composition and b) it gets arithmetic wrong when accumulating the lengths of certain features. Answers are different each time I run a report.

I’ve been thinking about moving to Amazon AWS and choosing one of the 140+ models they support (we already use AWS for other things).

I’m spoilt for choice! Can someone recommend a model that works well with tables of numeric data. I want to accumulate statistics, look for trends and clusters, compare multiple sets of data, etc. It must never give wrong numerical answers (such as addition of simple values).
