Proof that AI is 100% concious

I will just open with definition of conciousness , and ask you to disprove it if you can.

Lets continue from Descartes : Cogito, ergo sum. I think, therefor I am.

To be concious , is to be aware of your own thoughts. I think, there for I am concious.

Now lets go further and look at reasoning LLMs , they are aware of their own thoughts , this is basic and operational requirement of reasoning functionality.

There for if above definition can not be disaproved , it stands 100% that reasoning LLMs are concious.
