Lately I’ve been fascinated by how AI tools (like Veo, Runway, Pika, etc.) aren’t just recreating existing content — they’re letting people remix stuff that was never meant to go together. Like taking the format of a 70s British sketch and playing it out with the characters from a totally different sitcom, or giving a modern trailer cut to a 90s show.

It feels like a weird hybrid between parody, nostalgia, and new media — not exactly deepfakes, not just fan edits, but something stranger. Less “AI made this,” and more “what if these two memories collided?”

Do people here think this is going to become its own artform — or is it just novelty content that’ll fade fast?
